Accused UnitedHealthcare CEO killer Luigi Mangione arrived at a Pennsylvania courthouse for his latest hearing on Thursday, where he was greeted by at least 100 protesters who had gathered in support of the alleged killer.
Protesters waved “Free Luigi” and anti-insurance signs outside the Blair County Courthouse as Mangione, 26, arrived for an extradition hearing.
“Health insurance practices terrorize people,” one sign read, a reference to terror charges that prosecutors are considering filing against Mangione.
