A man was kicked off a Delta Airlines flight because he wore a shirt showing the finger to former President Donald Trump — and a reference to the viral “Hawk Tuah” girl video.
A video posted to the Reddit group r/delta shows a man being kicked off a plane at Sarasota Bradenton International Airport on Saturday morning.
He wore a black T-shirt that showed Trump holding up two middle fingers while wearing American flag-colored sunglasses. The shirt read, “Hawk Tuah spit on that thing,” R-rated Internet clips,
“I'm getting kicked out because of my shirt,” the man declares as he walks down the aisle with his luggage, shows the footage,
“And this is her reporting — stupid Wendy,” he adds after reading the name tag of the female flight attendant who was escorting him.
According to poster SKBeachGirl, the man was waiting to board the plane when an airline employee told him that someone had complained about his shirt and that he had to change it or he would be barred from boarding the plane.
He turned the shirt inside out and the whole plane boarded it.
“The next thing I knew, right before takeoff, a Delta employee came on board and removed him from the plane, with his shirt inside out, the decal side up,” he wrote.

Earlier this year, another Delta passenger said he was nearly kicked off a plane because he Tried to board a plane without a bra,
Lisa Archbold, 38, revealed she was wearing baggy jeans and a loose white T-shirt to fly from Salt Lake City to San Francisco in January, but wasn't wearing a bra. The DJ claimed the gate agent briefly escorted her off the plane and told her to cover up — even though her breasts weren't visible.
Archbold claimed the agent said her attire was “too revealing” and “offensive” and violated airline policy.
