Meet Trishneet Arora, a school dropout who became a tech entrepreneur at age 19
Trishneet Arora is the founder and CEO of TAC Security, a cybersecurity and risk and vulnerability management company. The millionaire businessman was just 19 (February 2013) when he started the tech company in Chandigarh. TAC Security’s revenue stands at $16.4 million (approximately Rs 137 crore) as of 2023, and aims to go public in 2024, according to DNA India and Economic Times.
TAC Security’s prolific clientele includes Mukesh Ambani-owned Reliance Industries, Amul, BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange) and Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), just to name a few. According to the company’s website, the tech firm has over 150 clients in 15 countries, including India, the USA, the UK and Canada. Trishneet Arora’s responsibilities include setting the cybersecurity company’s overall direction and production strategy.
According to Forbes India, Trishneet Arora dropped out of school after failing the 8th and 12th grades. “I was never interested in studies. I was always a backbencher. As a child, I did all the things I was not supposed to do and kept my parents on their toes,” the entrepreneur recalled.
