“Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back,” she captioned the post on Tuesday morning along with baby and heart emojis.
The second photo in the carousel was of her positive pregnancy test.
Fox turned off comments on the post.
The model is already mother to three sons with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green – Noah, 10, Bodhi, 9, and Journey, 6.
Kelly, meanwhile, has 15-year-old daughter Cassie Colson Baker with his former partner Emma Cannon.
The good news comes just over a year after Fox revealed she had suffered a miscarriage A newly published volume of her poetry is Pretty Boys Are Poisonous.
It consists of two poems detailing her miscarriage when she was 10 weeks pregnant with Kelly’s child.
“I want to hold your hand/hear your laugh,” she wrote in a poem about losing her baby girl.
“But now I have to say goodbye.”
In a graphic image, Fox writes about holding her child “like they’re ripping you out of me”.
Elsewhere, she writes: “I’ll pay any price/Please tell me/What’s the ransom/For his soul?”
Last year, Machine Gun Kelly dedicated her Billboard Music Awards performance of the song Twin Flame to Fox and “our unborn child”, which was a pregnancy announcement at the time.
“I had never been through a situation like this before in my life,” she said.
“I have three kids, so it was very hard for both of us, and it sent us on a very wild journey together and apart and together and separately… trying to navigate, ‘its What do you mean?’ And ‘Why did this happen?’
Pregnancy loss isn’t the only difficult topic Fox addresses in her poetry anthology.
Other poems reference abuse and toxic relationships, with the actress recently revealing that she wrote the section as a way to “get rid of the disease that has taken root in me because of my silence.”
When Fox announced the book last year, Fox said that Pretty Boys Are Poison was a path toward freedom for him.
He said, “I have spent my whole life hiding the secrets of men, carrying the burden of their sins makes my body ache.”
“My freedom lives on in these pages, and I hope my words can inspire others to use their voices to take back their happiness and their identity, buried in darkness but not forgotten.”
Fox was married to Beverly Hills, 90210 star Brian Austin Green from 2010 to 2021.
More recently, Fox has been in an on-again, off-again high-profile relationship with Machine Gun Kelly, which was first made public in 2020.
