It appears Meghan Markle has gotten into a lot of trouble.
A shocking new report alleges that the Duchess of Sussex, 43, intimidates her staff, with one source describing her as a “tyrant in high heels” who has “made grown men cry.”

“Everyone is intimidated by Meghan,” a source close to the couple alleged in the article, which examined high-handedness among the Sussexes’ staff.
“She puts people down, she doesn't take advice. They're both poor decision makers, they change their minds often. Harry is a very charming guy – not pretentious at all – but he's very helpful. And he's just awful.”
“She is absolutely ruthless,” another insider told the outlet. “She walks around like a dictator in high heels, fuming and giving orders. I've seen her reduce grown men to tears.”
Markle and Harry have had a major staff shake-up over the past several years. Markle's top aide and private secretary left in 2021, and last month, the couple's chief of staff resigned after just three months on the job.
But the “Archetypes” podcast host continues to face criticism for her behavior toward her staff. In 2018, Buckingham Palace investigated Markle's behavior with two royal aides, which was labeled “bullying behavior.”
The Palace never released its findings, but Markle called the claims “an orchestrated smear campaign.”
The report comes after a leading royal expert claimed the former actress regrets her dramatic exit from the royal family four years ago.
Markle closed the doors on royal life with Prince Harry in 2020, and the two's move to Montecito, California caused a major rift — especially with Prince William and his wife, Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton.
“Meghan regrets some of her statements,” said royal expert and commentator Kinsey Schofield. told Fox News“He was not received in the way he had hoped and many of his comments backfired.”
“She and Prince Harry deeply regret the royal racism controversy. Meghan wanted her interview with Oprah to speak about her mental health,” Schofield continued. “And I think Meghan regretted sitting down with the Cut because she endlessly railed against her critics.”
A new article from The Hollywood Reporter, one of the most respected publications in the entertainment industry, could put a damper on the Duke of Sussex's 40th birthday celebrations this weekend.
Harry will achieve the feat on Sunday and is expected to receive a whopping $8.5 million in cash under an arrangement made by his late great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth II.
The late Queen had left $90 million in a trust fund for her family and one of the conditions of the fund was that Harry would receive his share in the trust only at the age of 40.
