The 68-year-old “Braveheart” star made a rare red carpet appearance at the premiere of his new film “Monster Summer” at the DGA Theatre in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

He wore a navy blue blazer, white button-up shirt, blue jeans, and black sneakers to the premiere.
Lucia, who Gibson shares with his ex-girlfriend Oxana Grigorieva, wore a beautiful red minidress and golden heels which matched her clutch bag.
Lars, the son of Gibson and his girlfriend Rosalind Ross, wore a white button-down shirt and black pants.
Gibson stars in “Monster Summer” alongside Mason Thames, Lorraine Bracco, Nora Zehetner, Kevin James and Reese Witherspoon’s niece, Abbie James Witherspoon.
Former “Wizards of Waverly Place” star David Henrie directs the bold horror film, which hits theaters Oct. 4.
Gibson's seven other children did not attend the premiere with their famous father and two siblings.
