Peterman, Howe, 47, and McEntire, 69, starred in “Reba” for all six seasons from 2001 to 2007, alongside Joanna Garcia Swisher, Christopher Rich, Scarlett Pomers and Mitch Holleman.
The actress said, “We are still family. This is its beauty. We were family then, and we are family now. I’ve been fortunate in my career to have that in other shows I’ve done and we’re doing that again. That was one of my favorite things.”
“Our original and our new being and how much they loved each other,” Peterman continued. As you can tell, I can’t stop smiling. It’s been a very sweet, lovely few months and we are so thrilled. “We’re glad it’s there.”
As for what it’s like to be reunited with her And Off-screen bestie McEntire after seventeen years?
“It felt like I was coming home,” Peterman gushes. “It felt like I was coming home to a whole new feeling, and she’s one of my best friends, so it’s amazing to get to work with her every day. We hope they continue because I promise they will fall in love with these characters. We are very excited.”
The “Baby Daddy” alum also shared details about the cast, which includes Rex Lynn, Belisa Escobedo, Pablo Castroblanco and Tokla Black Elk as Bond.

As great as Howe’s appearance on the show is for “Reba” and “Shameless” fans, the “Working Class” actress also has a few other dream guest stars in mind.
“Amy Poehler,” Peterman shared. “Tina Fey, Will Ferrell. I like funny people all the time. I would love to cast Annie Potts because we worked together on ‘Young Sheldon’. One of the ‘Young Sheldon’ people. Lance Barber, who is hilarious, I would like Lance to be in this too.
“There are a lot of really fun people there,” Peterman added. “Wendy McLendon. I would love for him to come. Maybe a crossover NBC thing. Melissa Rauch ‘Night Court.’
“Snoop Dogg because he’s next door to ‘The Voice.’ I think Snoop would be really fun!” He shared.
And, of course, anyone from her “Reba” family.
“Joanna Garcia,” Peterman said. “Some more ‘Reba’ peeps. I mean, oh. Chris Rich. “Whoever wants to come will play.”
But don’t count out a “Reba” reboot just yet, because one thing’s for sure: Peterman will be on board.
“I think we’ll all like it,” she admitted. “I don’t think it’s ever out of discussion. This is my opinion. A movie would be fun, a reunion, anything. I am saying this. Like Reba always says, if the time is right and everyone can do it, then things happen, but I don’t think that’s right.
