It's over for Michael Madsen and DeAnna Madsen.
The 66-year-old has filed for divorce from his estranged wife Deanna Madsen after 28 years of marriage.
According to court documents obtained by The Post, Madsen cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split and claimed they officially separated shortly after their 26-year-old son Hudson died by suicide on Jan. 25, 2022.
The documents, dated Tuesday, September 17, were filed in a Los Angeles court and mention that the ex-couple got married on April 15, 1996.

According to documents, Madsen has requested a domestic violence restraining order, and also denies the domestic violence allegations made against him by DeAnna last month.
“The Defendant has also significantly contributed to my personal issues. I am the victim of an abusive, co-dependent and toxic relationship, which culminated in the Defendant breaking into my home and wrongfully arresting me for domestic violence,” her statement alleged.
Last month, Madsen was taken into custody on Aug. 17 after he was arrested under California Penal Code Section 243(e)(1), which deals with spousal assault, online records show. People,
The incident occurred at his Malibu home, where deputies with the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff's Department were responding to a call regarding a “family disturbance” on the west end of the upscale community shortly after midnight.
“The informant reported that an adult female alleged her husband pushed her and threw her out of the home,” Lt. Adam Zecco told Fox News Digital.
“Based on the initial investigation, police determined that Michael Madsen was involved in a domestic incident involving his wife. Mr. Madsen was arrested for the offense of spousal assault.”
Dzeko also said the offence was punishable by up to one year in prison.
“The informant stated that an adult female alleged that her husband pushed her and threw her out of the home,” he added. “The investigation is ongoing and will be sent to the Van Nuys Superior Courthouse for filing.”
His bail was set at $20,000 at the time of his arrest. On August 19, a representative told the outlet that the actor had returned home.
