How Jay Pritchett Is The Show’s Most Evolved Character


Jay Pritchett is the cruel but lovable patriarch ofmodern FamilyPlayed by Ed O’Neil, Jay starts out as an old-school character, and over the course of eleven seasons, he becomes one of the show’s most developed characters.

Through his relationships with his family, particularly his young wife Gloria and his gay son Mitchell, Jay learns to embrace modern values, revealing that even the most old-school personalities can change.
