Over the summer, Netflix suffered a major breach in which some anime titles were leaked. there was such a title Mononoke, The Movie: The Phantom in the RainWhich, as of now, hasn't been officially linked to the streamer, but today Netflix confirmed that it will be streaming the film soon after its debut in October.
Directed by Kenji Nakamura, it is a long-awaited film of the series, which itself was a 2007 anime spinoff. Ayakashi: Samurai Horror Stories,
What you can expect from the new film, which is set to have its US premiere at the Animation Film Festival in October:
