Back in April 2023, Ambani delighted his long-time friend and colleague Manoj Modi with a lavish gift — a 22-storey building worth Rs 15,000 crore. Modi, who serves as the Director at Reliance Retail and Reliance Jio, first met Ambani when the duo enrolled at Mumbai’s University Department of Chemical Technology and they’ve been fast friends since. The building, named ‘Vrindavan’, is located in one of Mumbai’s poshest neighbourhoods — Nepean Sea Road, and each of its floors sprawl across 8,000 square feet, with the total area of the building being marked at 1.7 lakh square feet.

Back in 2022, Mukesh Ambani purchased an opulent 3,000 square feet mansion in Palm Jumeirah, one of Dubai’s most expensive residential areas, for Anant Ambani. Located on the northern side of the artificial archipelago, the property boasts of ten bedrooms, a sprawling dining area, indoor and outdoor pools, a private spa, and a salon. It also allows the residents full access to the adjoining 70-metre-long private beach.
