Nail salon offers discount pedicures to clients who opt into foot fetish scheme

This nail salon wants to help you “foot the bill.”

A Canadian nail salon is offering a 20% discount on pedicures to customers who allow the salon to sell their feet pictures online to supply the fetish market.

Clients wanting to save a buck while still putting their best foot forward simply have to mention the “Foot Your Bill” campaign at Fix Nail Bar in Toronto and sign a waiver to allow the salon to upload the photos to their account on FeetFinder.

The offer is redeemable for naked, regular polish and gel pedicures.

FeetFinder has become the largest platform for selling feet pictures, with millions of verified users and over $5 million in feet content sales annually as foot fetishes have become one of the most common kinks.

A survey released by fetish site FunWithFeet revealed that models with square feet were earning up to $45,000, while those with Greek feet, where the second toe is longer than the rest, could earn about $43,000. Roman feet, where the first three toes are of equal length, can also command a pretty penny, mostly because there aren’t a lot of models showing that type off — yet.

So Fix Nail Bar decided to cash in.

Fix Nail Bar founder Neketa Andrews explained that the salon’s “Foot Your Bill” campaign will support its business growth as customers “dip their toes into the platform while creating a truly memorable experience”.

The campaign seems to be a step in the right direction. The salon claims several clients have already already joined the campaign.

Don’t worry if you’re a bit shy.

Customers worrying about privacy can be assured that all feet pictures will remain anonymous and contain no identifying information, the salon insists.

If you’re not in the Toronto area, you can put your foot to work yourself.

“If you want to be successful, there are lots of things to consider, but mainly, you need to think about the quality of your images and understand your audience,” Melissa Cook, a sex therapist, told Jam Press.

However — making bank in this game is about more than just pimping out your little piggies, Clark said.

“If you want to be successful, there are lots of things to consider, but mainly, you need to think about the quality of your images and understand your audience,” she explained.

Here are Cook’s top tips for those hoping to get their feet through the door, so to speak.

  • It’s more than taking just a quick snap, it’s a process. Try to get creative and think about incorporating props, taking multiple images, learning to edit, play with different lighting and filters and practice multiple poses.
  • Creating unique and high-quality content is more likely to sell.
  • Red toenail polish is favored among the majority.
  • A model’s personality can have a big impact on the overall experience as well as whether an individual will return and buy pictures again.
  • With users displaying a preference, those with clean and nail-polished pictures are 75% more popular, with 96% of people saying they find hairy feet unattractive. Despite this, common tootsie shapes can still see $26,000 a year on average, particularly if you let your personality show.
