TVS iQube: TVS Motors, one of India’s leading two-wheeler manufacturers, has expanded its electric scooter range with the introduction of the TVS iQube series, including the most affordable variant yet. With the launch of five new variants, TVS aims to cater to diverse customer preferences in the electric scooter market.
TVS iQube cheapest variant: Affordable electric mobility
The latest addition to TVS iQube lineup is its most economical variant yet, offering Indian consumers an accessible entry into electric mobility. The company has introduced three battery pack options, including 2.2 kWh, 3.4 kWh, and 5.1 kWh. Notably, the 2.2 kWh variant stands out as the cheapest electric scooter in the lineup, boasting a starting ex-showroom price of Rs 95,000.
TVS iQube ST variant unveiled
Following the launch of the budget-friendly 2.2 kWh variant, TVS has also unveiled the iQube ST variant. This model offers customers the choice between 3.4 kWh and 5.1 kWh battery packs, catering to varying range requirements. Available across 434 cities in India, the iQube ST comes in a wide range of 11 vibrant color options, providing consumers with ample choices.
TVS iQube variants features
The TVS iQube (2.2 kWh) variant comes equipped with a 2.2-kilowatt battery pack and a 950-watt charger, ensuring swift charging capabilities. Boasting a 5-inch TFT screen, turn-by-turn navigation, and vehicle crash and tow alerts, this model offers convenience and safety features. With a spacious 30-liter boot space and a top speed of 75 kmph, it combines practicality with performance.
Customers opting for the TVS iQube ST variants can enjoy enhanced features such as a 7-inch full-color TFT touchscreen, digital document storage, and a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS). With ranges of up to 150 km on a single charge, these variants offer extended mobility options. The top speeds range from 78 kmph to 82 kmph, catering to different riding preferences.
Pricing and availability
The TVS iQube ST variants are priced at Rs 1.55 lakh for the 3.4 kWh model and Rs 1.85 lakh for the 5.1 kWh variant, offering customers premium features and extended range capabilities. Both variants come with competitive pricing considering their advanced specifications and connected features. Additionally, the iQube variants currently benefit from the EMPS subsidy, valid until June 30, 2024, further enhancing their affordability.
