An elderly man was killed and four others were injured in a three-car collision near the Kosciusko Bridge in Queens on Thursday — including a 9-year-old girl, police said.
Three vehicles collided around 10:50 a.m. just before the entrance to the span heading north toward Brooklyn on the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway.
Police said five people were injured in the crash — including a 75-year-old man who was taken to Elmhurst Hospital Center, where he was pronounced dead.
Four more victims were taken to the same hospital, including a 9-year-old girl who was reported to be in stable condition.
Video posted on Citizen shows a vehicle rolled precariously on its side in front of a highway barrier, with a pick-up truck also damaged from the rear.
A green taxi stopped on the rainy road can also be seen.
The westbound Kosciuszko Bridge was closed after the collision.
