American pop sensation olivia rodrigo He was seen with his thumb bandaged after falling into a trap on stage during his final Melbourne show.
The Driver’s License singer was spotted departing Melbourne, boarding a private jet bound for Sydney – the next stop on her Guts World Tour.

His thumb was visible tied in a bandage. But, despite the injury, the singer appeared to be in good mood.
She will take to the stage at Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena on Thursday, Friday, Monday and next Tuesday night.
This incident happened during their last show melbourne stage of the Guts Tour on Monday evening – but Rodrigo handled the fall with grace and style.
As the 21-year-old star was wowing the crowd, she suddenly disappeared through a gap in the floor.
Video footage seen in the player above captured the moment concertgoers were heard gasping as Rodrigo stumbled through the gap.
Rodrigo emerged unscathed and immediately prepared herself to continue the show.
After regaining his footing, he reassured fans: “Sometimes there’s just a hole in the stage. It’s all right! Okay, where was I?”
Then she shouted: “How are we tonight, Melbourne?”
The footage immediately appeared on TikTok, with fans reacting to the fall.
“At first it was closed, then they suddenly opened it,” a person attending a concert said on TikTok.
“Why did they open the stage before going that way, even though it was close? This mistake could have caused more damage…they’re lucky Olivia played it cool,” said another.
One user said, “OMG, this must have hurt.”
“I was there and my heart was pounding,” one fan commented.
Rodrigo’s Melbourne shows have drawn huge crowds, and she is set to continue her tour in Sydney, where she will perform at the Qudos Bank Arena for another series of sold-out concerts on 17, 18, 21 and 22 October .
Rodrigo appears to have loved his time in Australia, sharing his excitement with the Melbourne crowd about visiting the city and sampling its delights. Concert viewer Kate Pattison revealed in a series of TikToks.
Before performing his hit song So American, Rodrigo expressed his admiration for Melbourne, saying: “You guys are so great, and you live in the best city ever.
“I really love this city. I’m exploring, I’m meeting some of you, I had a very good Australian breakfast, very good.
“I tried a Tim Tam today for the first time in my life – 10 out of 10, it gets my approval.”
The fame of the iconic Australian biscuit has grown internationally, with many visitors engaging in the popular “Tim Tam Slam”, biting off the ends of the biscuit and using it as a straw for a hot drink.
During the show, part of Rodrigo’s global tour for his album Guts, the star performed an impressive setlist filled with fan favorite tracks, including songs from his debut album Sour – driver licenseGood 4 U and Happier – and new songs like Vampire, Bad Idea Right and Get Him Back.
The tour marks Rodrigo’s first series of shows, with New Zealand singer Benny joining him for the opening act.
Rodrigo first became known for starring in Disney’s High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, but rose to fame in 2021 following the release of his debut single Driver’s License, which topped the US Billboard Hot 100.
They released their debut album Sour at the end of the same year and it was titled Entertainer of the Year by Time Magazine. Their second album, Guts, followed in 2023, which again topped charts in the US, Australia and around the world.
