Pennsylvania judge rules that Elon Musk’s $1M voter gift can continue

A Philadelphia judge has rejected City of Brotherly Love DA Larry Krasner’s effort to stop billionaire Elon Musk from giving $1 million daily payments to registered swing state voters.

Since October 19th, the SpaceX and Tesla CEOs have given away $16 million to lucky voters who signed their petition supporting free speech and the right to bear arms.

To be eligible for the seven-figure raffle prize, signers must be registered to vote in one of the seven swing states that will decide the election: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

Krasner argued that the gifts amounted to an illegal lottery, but Judge Angelo Foglietta rejected the DA’s bid to immediately stop the prizes.
