Netflix has added five more cast members to its new adaptation of Emily Henry's novel People We Meet on Vacation. Production has already begun in Barcelona and is expected to move to New Orleans in the coming weeks.
First announced on August 2 this year, Netflix announced it would be moving forward with an adaptation people to meet on holidaysWho was it First declaration will be available to the public in October 2022. It is being produced by 3000 Pictures (a division of Sony Pictures), which has a first-look deal with Netflix.
Brett Haley is directing a new film, and Yulin Kuang is behind the script. Keegan DeWitt have been involved in the project as composers, including previously all the bright spotsAnd Rob Givens ,Gotham Knights) serves as the director of photography.
The new film's logline reads, “Independent-minded Poppy and routine-loving Alex have been best friends for a decade, living in different cities but spending every summer vacation together. The careful balance of their friendship is tested when they begin to raise the obvious question for everyone – could they really be the perfect romantic couple?”
