A new lawsuit claims a professional athlete stopped an allegedly drunk Sean “Diddy” Combs from sexually assaulting a luxury car businessman at one of his parties.
The alleged victim, identified only as “John Doe,” claims the attack occurred during a launch party for Combs’ Ciroc vodka brand around 2022, court papers state.
The man, who runs a Los Angeles-based luxury car and jewelry rental business, alleged that Combs pulled down his pants and exposed himself after inviting a guest into his private office during the event.
“Combs continued to move closer and then grabbed Plaintiff’s genitals by his pants, squeezing them in a harsh and lascivious manner,” the lawsuit alleges.
“Plaintiff, shocked and confused, was momentarily stunned and did not know how to respond to the strange inappropriate sexual advances made by Combs.”
The alleged attack only stopped when the unnamed sports star – identified only as “Professional Athlete A” – came into the office and intervened to file charges.
The allegations were revealed late Sunday in the latest flurry of civil lawsuits filed against the music mogul in the Southern District of New York.
