According to The Hindu, the winner of the Orange Cap receives a cash prize of Rs 15 lakh.
The winner of the Purple Cap, given to the season’s highest wicket-taker, also receives a cash prize of Rs 15 lakh. Past recipients of this honour include Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Andrew Tye, Imran Tahir, Dwayne Bravo, Kagiso Rabada, Yuzvendra Chahal, and Mohammad Shami.
