Filmmaker-actor R Madhavan, last seen in horror thriller Shaitaan alongside Ajay Devgn and Jyothika, has bought a new property in Mumbai. According to Hindustan Times, The Times of India, and other reports, the actor has spent around Rs 17.5 crore to acquire a spacious, lavish apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex. Additionally, according to Square Yards, R Madhavan paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.05 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000 to complete the transaction on July 22, 2024.

The apartment purchased by R Madhavan is 4,182 square feet and is located in Signia Pearl, a premium residential tower. The transaction also includes two parking spaces. The property is in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) area, known for its high-end residential and commercial spaces.
