Sean “Diddy” Combs was denied bail again Wednesday in his sex trafficking case — his third attempt to break out of a Brooklyn lockup in time for Thanksgiving.
Manhattan federal court Judge Arun Subramaniam said in a ruling rejecting the disgraced music mogul’s latest request, “The Court finds that the government has shown by clear and convincing evidence that any condition or combination of conditions would reasonably be expected to harm the community.” Will not assure safety. ,
Combs, who has been digging his heels behind bars since his arrest in September, was asked to be released on a $50 million bond, which also includes home confinement with 24/7 security.
However, prosecutors successfully argued that he could not be trusted – saying that he had already tried to interfere with their ongoing investigation by contacting potential witnesses at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
