In 2021, Sydney Sweeney made her first real estate purchase by paying $3 million (approximately Rs 25 crore) for a stunning 3,200-square-foot Tudor home in Los Angeles. Sharing her excitement, she told The Associated Press, “I always thought that when I turned 18, I’d have all this money and I’d buy back my parents’ house and put them all back together again. And I never was able to, and I never did. So now being able to be in a house is such an incredible, humbling, amazing accomplishment that I still can’t believe I was able to pull off.“
The following year, Sweeney confirmed re-acquiring her great-grandmother’s house on The Kelly Clarkson Show. “My great-grandma had this beautiful house, it’s a two-bedroom, cute house that they lived in. My grandma was born in it, my mom was born in it, and then as the kids got older, they built on the property another home. When my great-grandpa passed away and my great-grandmother got old, they just couldn’t afford to keep it anymore,” she told Clarkson.
Sweeney expanded her real estate portfolio by purchasing another stunning property in 2023. According to various online reports, she spent $6.2 million (approximately Rs 51 crore) to purchase a property that spans across 1.25 acres of land. Located in Bel Air, the mansion includes five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and an outdoor pool.
