Tahnee Sims has paid a heartfelt tribute to her late boyfriend, Johnny Ruffo, who passed away in November 2023.
“That sweet smile has been missing for 11 months,” Sims wrote on Ruffo’s Instagram.
Perth-born musician Ruffo was first diagnosed with cancer in 2017 and had surgery to remove the tumor.

Two years later, he was in remission.
In 2020, he shared the sad news that his brain cancer had returned.
In March 2024, on Ruffo’s 36th birthday, Sims shared another touching tribute to her love.
“Happy birthday, angel boy ❤️🕊️,” she wrote on Instagram on Friday, sharing a photo of happier times with the Perth-born star as they enjoyed ice cream.
She added, “Will always miss you and that cheeky smile ❤️”.
