TCS Will Hire 40,000 Freshers By March, 2025; Chalks Out Plan For Campus Hiring – Trak.in


Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has demonstrated steady progress in employee growth, adding 5,726 new employees in Q2 FY25. This increase follows the same trend from Q1, reflecting a steady improvement from the decline in headcount seen in the previous three quarters. Additionally, it aims to hire 40,000 freshers by the end of the financial year in March 2025, underscoring its commitment to creating a talent pipeline to drive future growth. TCS has also launched campus hiring for FY 2026, targeting the next wave of technology professionals.
