Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff, who has been busy promoting his upcoming film Bade Miyan Chote Miyan with co-star Akshay Kumar, has bought a new house in Pune. According to a MoneyControl report, the 34-year-old actor splurged Rs 7.5 crore on the lavish 4,248-square-foot property in Hadapsar, Pune. The actor bought the property from ASN Properties Private Limited and completed the transaction on March 5, 2024, by paying a stamp duty of Rs 52.5 lakh.
Interestingly, Tiger Shroff leased the property to Cherise India Private Limited — a company involved in the beverage business — for the next five years. According to the same MoneyControl report, Shroff would earn Rs 3.5 lakh monthly in rent, which would grow by 5% annually.

Built by Panchshil Realty, the luxurious residential project with six sprawling towers is surrounded by five acres of lush greenery.
