Donald Trump has shared AI-generated images that appear to show Taylor Swift and her dedicated fanbase of “Swifties” endorsing him — with the former president declaring, “I accept.”
The ex-commander-in-chief, 78, took to his Truth Social platform on Sunday to post a collection of images and memes suggesting support from the superstar and a slew of so-called “Swifties for Trump.”
“I accept,” Trump quipped in his post alongside the collage.
Among the computer-generated clips the Republican presidential candidate reposted was a propaganda-style poster of Swift dressed like Uncle Sam with the message “Taylor wants you to vote for Donald Trump” emblazoned across it.
Another image — clearly labeled “satire” — featured a fake news article about the recent foiled terror attack at Swift’s Austrian concert, which was headlined: “Swifties turning to Trump after ISIS foiled Taylor Swift Concert.”
Others, meanwhile, showed scores of smiling young women donning “Swifties for Trump” t-shirts.
Swift, 34, hasn’t issued any endorsements for president ahead of the 2024 election.
The “Shake It Off” singer backed President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris in the 2020 election.
Trump, on his part, has repeatedly trashed the mega-star on social media in the past — including once taking credit for the meteoric success of Swift’s ongoing Eras tour and her “Album of the Year” Grammy win earlier this year.
“I signed and was responsible for the Music Modernization Act for Taylor Swift and all other Musical Artists,” Trump declared on Truth Social in February, referring to the 2018 modernization of copyright laws.
“Joe Biden didn’t do anything for Taylor, and never will.”
“There’s no way she could endorse Crooked Joe Biden, the worst and most corrupt President in the History of our Country, and be disloyal to the man who made her so much money,” Trump added at the time.
The Post reached out to Swift’s reps about Trump’s post but didn’t hear back immediately.
