Sheriff Rick Bradshaw indicated that former President Donald Trump has less security because he is not currently the commander-in-chief.
Bradshaw said, “At the level he is at right now, he is not the sitting president. If he were, we would build an entire golf course around him. But because he is not the sitting president, security is limited to only those areas that the Secret Service deems possible.”
“I think the next time he comes to the golf course, there'll probably be a little more people around the perimeter. But the Secret Service did what they had to do.”
Bradshaw stressed that it was difficult to identify the first suspect because of the “bushes”.
