Waiting for the latest season of your favorite Netflix Original show or a new Netflix Original movie or special can be a pain in the ass sometimes. If you’re just a day or two away from the latest season stranger things, outer Banks, Wednesday, Or bridgerton Coming up, what time will the new episodes come out? The answer depends on where you live.
As stated in Netflix help documentationNew movies and shows are released at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (midnight) on the West Coast of the United States (i.e., Los Angeles, where Netflix is based). Now, we’ve got time zones here, which means that depending on where you live, you may have to stay up late, get up early, or wait until you get home from school or work before watching.
Below, we’ve created a useful tool for most countries and largest time zones in the world (sorry if we’ve forgotten your country – include it in the comments, and we’ll update). Remember, new Netflix Originals always release at midnight in Los Angeles, so if you’re in the UK the time you’ll get to watch it will change, for example, to British Summer Time instead of Greenwich Mean Time.

When do licensed movies and series arrive on Netflix?
Licensed titles (anything without the Netflix N label) are removed at midnight in each respective timezone. So if you are in the United Kingdom want to watch the new season BrassicWhich Netflix has licensed from Sky, you can watch something from midnight GMT or BST, depending on whether you’re in Daylight Savings Time or not.
Some Korean dramas and anime that Netflix receives weekly episodes do not always follow this fashion and may be added slightly later or earlier depending on delivery.
When will Netflix games release on Android and iOS?
There is currently no real set time for when the new games will launch, and so far, they do not follow the format of the series or movies. For the most part, new games are made available mid to late afternoon in the UK, which means early morning to mid morning in the United States. Pre-registering for a title means it will be available on your device as soon as it becomes available.
