What to watch on Netflix this week
Monsters: The Story of Lyle and Erik Menendez (Season 2)

Cast your mind back to late 2022, when a few titles absolutely dominated Netflix at the time: Wednesday And DahmerWhile we still have to wait a while for the first show's second season, Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan's long-awaited sequel is arriving this week with a brand new story centered on the infamous brothers Lyle and Rick Menendez, who murdered their parents in the 1990s.
The new season stars Cooper Koch, Nicolás Alexander Chaves, Javier Bardem, and Chloë Sevigny, and the good news is that production on Season 3 is set to begin within the next month.

Netflix's iconic season continues with the long-awaited movie His three daughters It's finally coming to the streaming service following its purchase and initial premiere late last year, when the film made a splash at TIFF.
The new film stars exceptional talents such as Elizabeth Olsen, Natasha Lyonne, and Carrie Coon, playing three sisters who reunite to say goodbye to their ailing father and hopefully reconnect and repair their relationships.
If you're in a big city, you may want to catch it in theaters, as its limited release has already begun a week ago.
The Garfield Movie (2024)

Finally, there are some big animated titles arriving this week, one of which is Zack Snyder's next (and final?) project for Netflix, Twilight of the GodsThere's also a new Garfield movie coming to Netflix this week (at least in the US), which hit theaters over the summer.
Featuring the voices of Chris Pratt, Samuel L. Jackson, Hannah Waddingham and Nicholas Hoult, the new iteration of the adaptations, which bring the characters to life by Jim Davis, sees the lasagna-loving cat joining forces with his long-lost father on a daring heist.
