Prince Harry and Meghan Markle don’t have the same friendships they used to.
PR expert Ronn Torossian told The Express that the Sussexes have continued to lose touch with some of their closest Hollywood pals.
“It’s clear that several of Meghan’s high-profile friendships have cooled over the past few years,” Torossian said in the recent interview.
He noted that Markle, 43, “indirectly highlighted” her lack of friendships “when she gifted a limited batch of her American Riviera Orchard Jams.”
The former “Suits” actress recently launched her own lifestyle label, American Riviera Orchard, but the A-listers that she was once close to — including Oprah Winfrey, Tyler Perry and George and Amal Clooney — haven’t posted about her new gourmet jam.
“Either situation, the lack of public support or the lack of gifting, would speak to the cooling of these relationships and the shrinking of her Hollywood circle,” Torossian explained.
“Additionally, some may want to avoid any potential fallout with the reigning British Royal Family.”
Torossian added, “It’s not necessarily about Harry or Meghan themselves, but rather the complex and polarizing controversies that continue to follow them despite their attempts to step back from public life.”
The Post has reached out to the couple’s reps for comment.
Markle and Harry, 39, abandoned their royal lives in the UK and moved to the US in 2020.
The Duke of Sussex has since renounced his British residency and claimed America as his home in paperwork, as he remains estranged from the rest of his family.
The couple now reside in a plush $14 million mansion in Montecito, California, with their son, Archie, 5, and daughter, Lilibet, 3.
Over the years, Markle and Harry developed bonds with stars like Priyanka Chopra, Serena Williams, Elton John, Ellen DeGeneres, David and Victoria Beckham, Winfrey, Perry and the Clooneys.
However, it’s been said that most of those friendships have dissolved.
In June, Princess Diana’s former butler, Paul Burrell, claimed that several Hollywood stars have “turned down recent invites” from Markle and Harry.
Burrell told The Post more recently that celebrities “would rather be associated” with Prince William and Kate Middleton, rather than the Sussexes.
“The true A-listers, who move in those circles, realize that Harry and Meghan’s brand isn’t as popular or as valuable, to be associated with as the real royal brand, and I can see people dropping like flies around them,” Burrell said.
Markle and Harry haven’t been seen with their celebrity pals as of late, aside from taking pictures with Williams, 42, at the ESPY Awards last month.
In addition to allegedly losing friends, the couple is still on the outs with the royal family.
