An Australian woman has issued a warning after allegedly spotting a man masturbating at a popular beach.
Ashley Blake was alone at Coolum Beach on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast on September 18 when she said she saw a man allegedly committing a reprehensible act.
Ms Blake took to social media to warn women in the area, saying: “Men are f—ing c—s.”
“I’m angry, yesterday I saw a guy on the beach touching himself while I was looking at him,” she said on TikTok.
“I look around and realize I’m alone on the beach, I look over and he’s naked, he’s exposed himself and his d–k is out, and he’s jerking off while looking at me. “
She described the incident as “foul” and “disgusting” and urged other women to speak out against this reprehensible behaviour.
“I’m here to warn women, especially on the Sunshine Coast,” she said.
Blake said she recognized the man from previous trips to the beach. He did not say that he had committed similar acts on previous visits.
Her warning encouraged other women to share similar experiences.
“This happened to me and my friend,” one person said.
Another wrote: “Had this happen to me as a teen three times at different beaches and twice at a bus stop.”
Queensland Police confirmed they were investigating the incident.
“Police are investigating a report of an indecent exposure incident at Second Bay, Coolum Beach,” police said.
“Initial investigation indicates that a man exposed himself and was behaving indecently on the beach around 2 pm.
“He reportedly left the scene after being confronted by a member of the public.”
