Rachel Bilson isn’t looking for love online.
The “OC” alum has never used a dating app, and has no plans to download one in the near future.
“No, I am not on any app and I will not be,” she told The Post.
“I love watching everyone, whether my friends are into it or family members, and seeing what they’re doing.”
The actress said there is one aspect of other people’s online dating profiles that interests her the most.
“My main thing is that I want to see what they chose for their songs. I think you create a profile and put a song with it, that’s what I heard,” she said.
“So that’s the most fun I find, picking a song.”
Bilson once dated her “OC” co-star Adam Brody, who achieved renewed heartthrob status as the leading man this fall The Netflix series “Nobody Wants This.”
Brody’s character on the show is dating a Sex podcaster, played by Kristen Bell.
Bilson, 43, who hosts her own podcast, “Broad Ideas,” which also discusses the topic of sex, said the resemblance is entirely coincidental.
“No, it’s definitely not based on me,” she said, laughing.
The Los Angeles native also dated “Star Wars” actor Hayden Christensen for a decade until 2017, and they have a 10-year-old daughter, Briar Rose — who is unsure whether she will follow her famous parents. Want to do it or not? Footsteps.
“So that’s really lovely. She had a back-to-school night and there’s a paper where you fill out what you want to be, and she said, ‘I don’t know yet,'” she said.
“And I’m like, ‘That’s great. He’s healthy. This is exactly where you need to be. And you’ll figure it out later.'”
Her daughter is also a fan of Taylor Swift and Bilson took her on the musician’s Erasure Tour. She admitted that she went overboard when it came to creating the friendship bracelets to be sold on the show.
“I went into a friendship bracelet craze. My entire dining room table was filled with beads for months, and I couldn’t stop. I just kept making bracelets,” she said.
“I couldn’t even get them all to Taylor’s concert. “We still have many bracelets around our house.”
Bilson, who was one of the victims of the Bling Ring, A group of teens who burglarized the homes of celebrities in Hollywood said she’s teaching her daughter not to hold on to material possessions — a lesson she learned very early in life.
The TV star lost about $130,000 in personal items after his L.A. home was robbed five times in two weeks in 2009. Now, he is the face of SimpliSafeA home security company.
“It really was so natural because unfortunately, in my life, I have dealt with theft and burglary, and safety and security are very important to me, especially as a mom,” she explained to the post.
“I don’t really let him be too conscious about safety because I don’t want to get it into his head that these things happen. But as a mom, I know they do. So I take all the steps for myself and for us.
Lindsay Lohan, along with other notable names like Megan Fox and Paris Hilton, had no security in place when their home was robbed.
“I was very young and didn’t really have any of those ideas in my 20s, but now I have a lot of them,” she said.
Bilson, who still lives in L.A., was out of town when the break-in occurred — and her mom was the first to realize something was wrong.
“She said it didn’t look like a routine break-in, because only purses and shoes and clothes were missing,” he recalled. “I don’t understand the shoe thing, because I have very small feet, so I’m not really sure who was benefiting from it.”
Years later, the “Hart of Dixie” star had her rented home burglarized for the sixth time.
“By that time I was like, ‘Are you kidding me? Okay. Here we go again.’ This was another case where it was again purses and things like that,” she said.
“So I guess my lesson is – stop collecting nice purses.”
